Roof Maintenance Plans

Even the best manufacturers' warranties don't cover your roof unless you have a maintenance plan in place. Building insurance doesn't cover you for normal wear & tear either.

 

Routine maintenance can extend the life of your investment and lower the life cycle cost of your roof. Failure to maintain the roof may result in deterioration of the roofing system.

Repairs for deterioration from lack of proper maintenance are not covered by your roof’s warranty. Extensive deterioration can result in warranty cancellation.

Our free, no obligation inspections will provide you with a 25+ photo report showing the current state of the roofing system and will include a quote for any repairs that may be needed. This approach ensures that you, as our client, are able to plan accordingly for allocation of funds for upcoming repairs
