His nearly 20 years in the home remodeling industry has earned him several certifications with name brand manufacturers like Owens Corning, CertainTeed, HAAG, Englert, & Firestone to name a few. 

 

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children, working on the family farm, camping, evening walks, boating, remodeling his own home and occasionally kicking back to watch a movie. 

 

Doug is compassionate about making sure his customers get what they deserve, quality, value, and peace of mind.

Travis brings more than 10 years of customer service and a lean management approach to the roofing business. In 2019, he became a certified Roof Maxx dealer allowing the business to offer a more affordable option to customers. Prior to opening Triple R, Travis worked for one of the largest employers in Baltimore.

He received his Bachelors from McDaniel College and lives in Littlestown with his wife and three kids. He enjoys golfing, coaching his kids sports and taking trips to the Eastern Shore.

Stepheney is the Finance Manager for Triple R Roofing. She is married to her husband Cory and is the mom of 3 girls. Before coming on board with Triple R, Stepheney owned a Plumbing and HVAC company in southern York County where she learned all the important parts to running a successful business and office.

 

When not working Stepheney enjoys warm weather, tending to her many chickens and serving at her church. 

Gissella joined Triple R in 2025 and from the beginning she has done an amazing job — from scheduling and customer service to marketing and social media. There’s truly nothing she can’t handle!

 

She’s known for her willingness to help her teammates, her positive energy, and her passion for making sure every customer has the best experience possible. Gissella brings an incredible skillset to our team — she speaks English, Spanish, and Portuguese, making her a great resource for connecting with clients in our diverse community.

 

Outside of work, she’s a proud LEO wife, a loving mom of two, and dog-mom to Rio . In her free time, Gissella enjoys spending time with her family and serving at her church.

Zach joined our team in January 2025 and has already made a strong impact. As a Project Manager, he plays a key role in overseeing our projects from start to finish, ensuring that every detail is handled with care, our crews stay on track, and our customers receive the highest level of service.

 

Zach is known for his strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new things every day. His commitment to growth and excellence makes him a valuable member of our team.

 

Outside of work, Zach enjoys cheering on the New York Jets, grabbing wings at Buffalo Wild Wings, and spending quality time with his friends.

After graduating from McDaniel College, Deanne pursued her goal of teaching high school students and coaching volleyball.  As life changed, she developed a passion for building her husband’s roofing business through the marketing perspective. 

 

Deanne is a huge advocate for Roof Maxx and the positive impact it has on the environment.  Through marketing Roof Maxx, Deanne’s goal is to make sure every homeowner makes an informed decision before replacing their roof.  Look for her finding humor and having fun in our social media posts.  

 

In her free time, she enjoys running around with her three children and beating her husband in golf.

DJ is the owner of Roof Maxx of Mechanicsburg and brought Roof Maxx to the Central PA area in 2020.  After realizing his customer's were coming back to him for more than just roof rejuvenation, he teamed up with Triple R Roofing to provide these services due to our shared vision of providing customers options and incredible customer service.

DJ worked as a Structural Engineer for 12 years designing bridges all over the US.  He decided to return to the trades with Roof Maxx to be more active and involved in his local community helping homeowners.  DJ is married to his wife Nicole and loves being a Girl Dad to his two daughters, watching college football, golfing, and spending time with his family on the Chesapeake Bay.

Phil joined Triple R in 2025 as an independent sales consultant. 

 

After serving in the military and graduating from college, Phil built a 25+ year career in construction sales. On top of helping homeowners protect their roofs, he also runs a successful home-flipping business where he’s been solving real estate challenges since 2019.

 

When Phil's not grinding, he enjoys time with his three kids (and future son-in-law), plus golfing, pickleball, volleyball, and hiking.

Bobby joined Triple R in 2026 as an independent sales consultant.

Trevor started working with Triple R as an independent consultant in 2025. He has worked in all phases of construction – both commercial and residential – from framing to roofing, drywall to management. His well-rounded background makes him a huge asset to our crew.

 

Outside of work, Trevor is a dedicated family man. He’s married with three sons and loves staying active with them – whether it’s playing outside or coaching their football and wrestling teams. (If you ask him, he’ll tell you, wrestling is life!)

 

When he’s not on the jobsite, you’ll find him spending quality time with his wife and kids.
